SprachDuo
SprachDuo is a language tandem program where you can practice with a partner who is a native speaker of the language you're trying to run. This program is run by the universities in Munich. It's usually good fun. You get to practice your conversation skills one on one with a native speaker. The service is free but the draw back is that it's supposed to be reciprocal learning. You should reciprocate by teaching your partner English. The partner matching system seems to work quite well though.SprachDuo - http://www.sprachduo.de/
