This is a popular spanish restaurant with a cosy atmosphere and old style wooden decor complete with hanging legs of pork or jamon. I would say it is a place more for a romantic meal with your partner rather than a place to go with your mates. Still worth a visit as long as you reserve a table a couple days in advance.

very good and authentic spanish food. the dishes on the menu are slightly better than the tapas from the bar. the atmosphere is also nice, suitable for a romantic date.

I have been a couple of times and this is not at all Spanish food. I am Spanish myself, so I know what I am talking about. Looks like I cannot find anything Spanish in Munich.

Actually, the owner is Greek, and not Spanish. Apart from nice interior, there is not much to it. I live only few minutes from the place and have been there couple of times. Food was always below average as well as the service. It is a good place to have a drink, but avoid the food.

Visited with a group of friends, nice cosy place with a good atmosphere however food well below par. Of seven dishes ordered, three were cold in the middle, suggesting microwave use. They were returned hot , however so salty they were inedible. After complaining we were given a round of schnappes as some kind of `trost`. This was after we had waited for almost an hour. Would go there again, but only for drinks.

Ended up there "by accident" a few days ago, as the place we had wanted to go to had filled up. All in all, we thought the food was quite nice.

Went here with family and friends, last week. Food was reasonable but very expensive. what spoiled the evening for me was when I asked the waiter for a glass of tap water I was refused. Called manager who came out and explained we had to buy it by the bottle. We had already had 3 bottles at 6€ each, plus a €40 bottle of wine! this restaurant is ok if you want an expensive meal out, but there are much better in Haidhausen and they serve tap water upon request. We won't be going back soon.

the food is not good. they just have some dry tapas, which are actualy not tapas, but just some dry vegetables. We used to go there very ofter with minimum of 5 people each time, and we had always something to eat. The last time we didnt wanted anyhing to eat (or perhaps later on) and the waitress told us that we have to go because we MUST eat since its a restaurant otherwise we have to leave. We didnt wanted to believe it and called the manager. He told us the same, it doesnt matter if we alway eat there, they cant make any exceptions and they dont need us because there are lots of people comming to eat. Actually there were some tables free, almost 5 in a thursday. So people, please dont go there, the service is horrible unfriendly and the food is not really good and NOT SPANISCH!!! We will NEVER go again. Ther is another restaurant, with real food near to this one. Its called Lisboa, the food is good, not expensive and friendly service.
