Had a very good night here with work colleagues. The place is small, and 3 waiters/waitresses provide excellent service. The hot tapas (gambas al ajillo and sepias) and special plates (pollo com ajillo) are very good. Bread platters were also tasty. Down side - olives were not top quality. Good for cozy atmosphere, good food on the south side. Very popular, so reserve ahead.

From U3/6 Goetheplatz you will walk for a while. Better you get off at Implerstraße (same U-Bahn). The area is Sendling.

Just came back from Centro Espanyol..... great atmosphere, delicious food, good live music (Spanish mostly, sung by a Chilean). Nothing fancy , but a nice place to spend a nice evening with friends .Had to reserve a week in advance though. Negative points: service could be a little more attentive. But considering the popularity of the place , I think they have their hands more than full!

Tried out this restaurant due to a friend's recommendation. The place has a lovely warm cosy atmosphere, but that's as far as it goes. This is a very loud restaurant. The people have to scream in order to be heared as they have live music in this tiny place. So the room is filled with the sound of people talking really loudly to each other and some lone bloke playing his guitar and singing. We gave up trying to have a conversation after about 40 minutes of screaming. We tried the mixed starters'platter for 8.90 Euros and shared the Paella Valenciana afterwards (about 13.90 Euros per person). The food was bland and extremely greasy. Service was very poor. Not sure whether this was due to it being Friday evening and the place being very full, but we waited about one hour for our drinks and had to remind the waitress a few times. There were two waiters serving all the guests. I ordered a Classic Margarita (6.90 Euros), which was possibly the worst Margarita I have ever drunk. I was still feeling extremely nauseous late last night due to all the fat. Never again.
