Bavaria Satellites rock! Geoff is absolutely THE man when it comes to installing your dish. I don't think there's anyone else in Munich who does a better job.

Agreed with above. Bav Sats know their stuff. A little pricey, admittedly. But hey, I think the cost is worth it given the hassel they can save you.

I can only add my vote of satisfaction the list! Geoff has all the experience necessary to install the dish and the cabling. Thanks to him we can now enjoy English BBC in our house.

It has been a long time since anyone posted here - but I had to add my 2 bits. In April LAST year (2004) they installed a DSL system at my apartment. Last Sunday the power cord fried and after not being able to find a replacement at MediaMarkt on my own I gave them a call. SAME DAY - dude drives out to my appartment and gives me a new power supply and I'm back online. That's service.

Bavaria Satellite did a great job with my installation and left me with working UK TV the same day. I can highly recommend them.

Bavaria Sat came at home yesterday to install a dish satellite in order to receive Canal Satellite (French channel). They did really a great job, quickly and with a perfect quality. I just want to say : Thanks you.

Just wanted to pop on and thank Edwin for his help during the installation of my Brit TV out here in deepest darkest Passau.

I'd also like to point out that Bavaria Sat did not install the system--a local firm did--but they were largely clueless folk that Edwin offered to liase with to ensure I got the correct equipment for the job.

I just wanted to say thank you to Bavaria satellite. They did my Sky+ installation last month and it is great. Also thanks for the help with sorting out my subsequent password issues with Sky for me (at no charge!)

Existing comments are all very positive but may as well back it up again.

Very professional service who got our telephone, DSL internet and satellite TV sorted out within a few days. First enquiry was responded to within 30 minutes on a Friday evening. Great service that I am happy to highly recommend.

Yep, can confirm Geoff from Bavaria Satellites did a top job. Had him over on Monday lunchtime and that eveing when I came home I had full scale SKY TV. Never again will I suffer German TV. Top job Geoff. THANKS

Took Geoff less than one hour to fully install a very discrete dish.

Complete expert, highly knowledgeable, would recommend to all.

Will be bringing my Sky HD box over to Germany next week and it's great to know everything is all set up this end to make it work.

I'm another very satisfied customer, Geoff was extremely helpful, and did a stunning job installing my SKY HD setup.

After having installed the Sky dish, he also helped me get my DSL working, as the wiring in the apartment was shot. Again, very quickly and efficiently sorted.

I recently moved to a new apartment. The apartment was wired only for cable and had no previous satellite installations. The landlord wanted the dish put on the roof. He then decided he wanted it on the garage roof. This was getting complicated very fast ! Geoff came out and resolved the issue quickly. He installed the dish just outside of our living room with both German and Sky.

It's working great and it will be much easier to work on the dish (ahem....have Geoff work on the dish) if I ever need to.

I can recommend Bav Sat from personal experience - I have used them on a number of occasions to keep me sane with a bit of BBC.

I have found them to be completely professional, friendly and helpful and very accomodating when sorting my every satellite need. The prices are very fair too which is a big bonus!

Awesome service as usual. Now if I can just figure out how to work my new improved receiver.

A big "Thank You" to Geoff and Mr. Courts for the professional, fast and very friendly work. Geoff did not only set up a dish on my little balcony for BBC and ITV, he also improved my radio reception in the other room and fixed my broken WIFI (he just saw that I was struggling with it, I didn't even ask him).

Geoff from Bavaria Satellite installed our new dish and upgraded us to HD. I can highly recommend Geoff and this company for any ex-pats from the UK, or anywhere else for that matter for their professionalism and speediness in getting us installed.

We can't thank Geoff from Bavaria Sat's enough for his service installing our new dish in time for us to watch the final Grand Prix on Sunday! We contacted him rather last minute but he was able to come out in time and quickly installed it for us - super job!

I contacted Geoff on Saturday morning by email asking for assistence with my Sky System - basically the German Satellite Engineers had installed the system but couldn't find Sky. A few hours later, Geoff had arrived and the system was installed. He was also able to advise us on the multifeed (wrong device installed) and on setting up my home network. Outstanding service, thanks Geoff.

I have recommended Bavaria Satellite to others before,based on recommendations from friends. This time I used them myself to get my system back up and running. I sent Geoff an email late Friday night, which I got a answer to straight away. Got a call on Saturday, and by Saturday afternoon everything was up and running again. cheers Geoff.

Posted on TT looking for advice about a system. BavSat provided some basic information, I bought the gear and had it installed. Unfortunately the local guy who installed it had no idea about uk channels and quattro LNB's. Geoff Burns supplied Skype, e-mail and telephone support, even although I live in northern Germany and there was no chance of him winning me as a customer. An unexpected service from a 'Mensch'.

we've had problems for ages with current sat set up. Contacted Geoff on Sunday afternoon - he arrived on Monday afternoon ...within an hour everything was sorted ! This man is a genius !! Very professional - cannot recomend Geoff highly enough !!
