Leaving your house usually helps. And you can always start a conversation with a girl with a "Hello".

That's my usual reaction too - leave the house. How good's your german? Even if it's good, try a German course at a language school, you meet loads of people. If you don't have German, well of course you will learn the words you need and thus widen your pool of potential dates vastly. Or try a (German) evening class of a practical subject you like - or a dance class (which is a cliche but seems to be the vogue thing at the moment). Find some places you get your face known - I'm not in Berlin but I meet loads of people at my "regular" cafe and gym etc (staff working there, other customers) and I presume that works everywhere. If you have an employer, do any "social activities" it's got on offer. If you are self-employed, hook on to any social stuff they may offer their suppliers. And get to know your neighbours.
Say "yes" to stuff as often as you can. I've learned that always having a smile on your face (no matter how you feel) works wonders for immigrants too. It spirals of course - a positive cycle. The more people you get to know and more social circles you access, so that gives you further ops.

Bryan. My, 'God', advice would be to go to an international church in Berlin. There you will find lots of girls. Remember not to wear bumfluff however and mistake it for facial hair. The other tip would be... be interesting and wash your charlie on a regular basis with bleach. Remember passing on STD's you picked up from a prostitute won't boost your chances.

I see you abandoned your "brothel" thread. Apparently you didn't get the answer you wanted.

You will need the following:
1 Bottle of Jergans Lotion
1, possibly 2 boxes of kleenex.
Good luck.

@Bryan -
Why don't you come out to the next Toytown English "meet up". It's Thursdays at a random bar chosen every week. See Toytown berlin home page "events".
That will at least get you out of the house. Maybe someone knows somebody - maybe some of us can give you some tips there. It's hard to know what you're looking for from this chat.
Besides, you already scared away the tow town chicks with your brothel questions : )

U have got to be kidding me ... u mean he is the guy ... the same one who started this thread? :
Brothels in Berlin
U know what? 1st thing u shd do, bryan, is to delete the above thread if u still want to salvage any reputation u have left... somehow going from 'Brothels in Berlin' to 'Good places to meet girls in Berlin' in the same week REALLY isn't going to cut it... esp if the females did pay attention to the threads u have started b4. Just pray none of the females u meet r from Toytown ...
