Since Canada day is on a weekday I was thinking of celebrating a couple days early so that we can all celebrate properly. Anyone who is Canadian, knows a canadian or has even heard of Canada is welcome to come along.
There is a corner on the north side of Mauerpark with a simicircle wall that would be great to set up a couple small bbq's.
Who's up for coming along (weather permitting of course)?

Hmmm ... don't even think I have had sex with a Canadian and am certain an Alaskan doesn't count.
But that would be fun, ja!
So I am interested and would like to attend.

Everyone is more than welcome to come along. If people are able to bring a grill please post on here if you can bring it, so that we can make sure we at least have a couple to cook on. It'll all be on a BYO (bring your own) basis, but I'm sure there'll be lots to share.

There's a CANADA DAY??? I'm American and I've met many Canandians, have several very good Canadian friends, even have an American friend who married a Canadian, and NOT ONE WORD ABOUT CANADA DAY (I've heard of Boxing Day, though). Even my dearly departed Grandmother was born in Winnipeg or Winnebago or something. Still no info. It must be a top secret celebration.
Doesn't matter, if we grill it and eat it, I'm there. I'll try to bring a portable grill and/or some meat. One of the Cannucks can slap a maple leaf sticker on the side, and we're good to go!

Everyone can just bring along what you would like to eat, and maybe a little extra for sharing/swapping. I'll try and bring a small grill too.

Ok so it's a little overcast, but I'm still hopeful it'll stay dry out for the most part. Fingers crossed. Think we'll have to maybe play it by ear.
You can see the semicircle on
