I can remember that somebody asked about a place where even kids could watch a soccer match. I´ve been in such a place lately, it is the Eiscafé Venezia, Karlsplatz 25/Prielmayerstr. Opposite of the Justizpalast. Where the Tramway 19 stop is.

They do have a beamer. They prefer the italian commentators.
