Looking for Bachelorette Party Ideas - Munich

A small group of American women living in Garmisch-Partenkirchen are planning to spend this Friday night in Munich to celebrate the upcoming nuptials of a girlfriend. We're looking at dinner and dancing, but aren't quite sure where to go and would love some suggestions from those that live there...

I'm pretty sure my apartment is available that evening.

I just had my bacherlorette in Munich and we did the normal German thing. We went for dinner at the Augustiner Großgaststätten which is on the main shopping street. We were dressed up, had a big group and were quite noisy and yet they were very, very friendly and quick too, not that standard in Munich. We then walked up and down the Kaufinger Str/Neuhauser str, talking to random people selling junk and shots like the germans do and made 200 euros.

Pub choice may be determined by what you are doing, are you a big group will you be dressed up? If you are looking for chilled out stuff during the day there is Therme Erding as well

Crash the karaoke at the Shamrock around 10pm.

Thanks for all the advice; I had looked at some of the previous discussions, but was worried that they were a bit old. We have a list of places we're considering--now we just have to make a decision! (And we'd already planned on going to Therme Erding on Saturday!)
